Why we built this
For an international buyer, the French Riviera can feel like a closed world. The best homes change hands quietly, the paperwork is in French, and most of the advice online is either a sales pitch or a thin summary that stops just before the part you actually need.
We built DemeureDeLuxe to fix that. We are not an estate agency and we take no part in the sale, so we have no reason to push you toward any property. What we offer is clear, honest information written for people who plan to buy a home between Saint-Tropez and Menton, and who want to understand the ground before they sign.
